Terms & Booking Conditions

These terms provide a general framework for website use, bookings and service delivery. Specific quotations or contracts may add service-specific conditions.

Information and bookings

Information submitted through forms is used to respond to enquiries, manage booking requests and provide requested services. Do not submit sensitive information that is not required for the service.

Payments and confirmation

A request is not a confirmed booking until Shutteris confirms availability and any required deposit or payment has been received under the agreed terms.

Photography delivery

Package inclusions, turnaround times and delivery methods are confirmed for each service. RAW or unedited files are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.

Changes and custom work

Outdoor logistics, venue fees, large groups, custom sets, commercial usage, event requirements and travel may require a revised quotation.
